It's a pretty, somewhat poignant scene, made with a pallet of muted greens, red and white. Most likely painted in the 1930s or 1940s. A note on the reverse says the following: PAINTING BY MARGARET LOUGH, (WIFE OF [DAVID] BOND WALKER), signed by her daughters M. F. Walker and E. B. Walker. Margaret Lough was the wife of the artist David Bond Walker, who was in turn the son of Thomas Bond Walker,
