Yet it looks, for all the world, like an "ink sneeze". The reverse displays a truly unusual spattered speckled Kelly green ink splatter over virtually the entirety of the reverse (save two folded over corners when the error occurred). I've searched pretty diligently to see if I could find its equal but could not. While I certainly appreciate the finery of a crisp uncirculated
